Do you accept insurance?

I do not. However, I do accept HSA and FSA cards. Please see my “rates” page for additional information.

How long is a session?

Session time ranges between 45-50 minutes in length.

Do you offer in-person and virtual appointments?

Yes, I offer both in-person sessions from my office in Royersford, PA and telehealth (virtual) sessions to individuals in Pennsylvania and Vermont. If you choose to meet virtually, I will provide you with a secure link to use for our session. Telehealth sessions can be done from your computer, tablet, or phone in a location that you feel comfortable in and have privacy. Please see my contact page to schedule a session or free consultation.

How long will I be in therapy for?

This depends on your concerns and goals. We will work together to create individualized goals that meet you where you are at and where you’d like to be.

What ages do you work with?

I work with ages 14 and up. If you are interested in therapy for your child that is under 14, please feel free to contact me to see if I would be an appropriate fit for your child.

I know someone that would benefit from therapy, can I schedule an appointment for them?

You may schedule an appointment for your child (17 and younger). I otherwise ask that you only schedule appointments for yourself. If you know someone (18 and up) that would benefit from meeting with me, please feel free to pass along my website and contact information.

Where are you located?

I am located in Royersford, PA (Montgomery County). I offer in-person sessions in Royersford, PA. I also offer telehealth sessions to individuals in Pennsylvania and Vermont.

What training do you have?

I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed behavior specialist. I attended Eastern University, graduating with a MA in Counseling Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. Since graduating I have taken additional trainings in Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention (ERP), body focused repetitive disorders (BFRBs), safety behaviors related to anxiety, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and suicide prevention training.

I am a member of the American Counseling Association, Pennsylvania Counseling Association, International OCD Foundation, Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
