Sandra Puckett, LPC, LBS

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. I bring a mixture of seriousness, goofiness, and the occasional curse word to the therapy room. While I believe therapy is a serious process, I also believe joy and laughter are equally important.

I attended Eastern University earning my master’s degree in counseling psychology with applied behavior analysis. I am a licensed counselor and licensed behavior specialist. I use both skill sets to assist my client's in gaining a deeper understanding of how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations have an impact on their daily life.

My personal experience and journey with anxiety provides me with insight and understanding of the vast emotions that one can experience when experiencing an anxious episode. While your experiences and emotions are different than mine or someone else suffering from anxiety, you are not alone in this journey.
